Baseball is one of the most popular games in the United States.  Many high school students are talented players, and thus college baseball recruiting for sports management scholarships focuses a lot on high school baseball athletes.

In baseball strategy of stealing third base in baseball is often rather underestimated and seldom used.  The runner begins by making one or two steps towards the pitcher, giving the impression that he is closer to the bag than he actually is. The runner will then continue taking his lead, focusing on the back outside corner of the third base. While the third base coach watches out for the second baseman, the runner should keep his eyes on the shortstop.
