Question by Streetballer3: Basketball college recruiting question please answer!!!?
I am 16 years old a sophomore in high school and 5’6ft 116pounds. I am a starting shooting guard/forward on my jv team but we are a private/home schooling team. We do play 5A/6A schools.
How do I get noticed? My team doesnt pass me the ball alot (I dunno why) but my defense is amazing. Other schools have commented on me after games saying stuff like “Keep it up kid, you gonna be great in college!” But seriously when ever I guard someone (JV OR VARSITY) they dont get a shot off of me or get past me. When ever I get the ball I always pass it when im being guarded (No turn-overs outta 15 games, so far) to the big man and he always scores. If im open I take the shot and always hit it. I have 11 points 23 assists 9 rebounds 19 steals outta 15 games so far. I know this aint the best but my team literally doesnt pass it to me! I just played in a pick up game and scored 19 points! So seriously how do I get noticed? Do I have a chance? D1/D2 or a junior college?
