As a football player in high school how do I get recruited. Im a sophomore now and a 2 years varcity starter. i had 6 sacks from the DT position and was our teams best run stoper in my opinion. I see some guys getting scholarships in their junior year that i dont think are really that good. A kid i went against this year has a full ride to temple as a O-lineman. I beat him almost every play. and had like 12 tackles that game.

Question by Patrick: My high school story. I loathe my school. Has anyone experienced something similar /tips?
I’m a guy first of all. My school is shared by some middle class people, some lower middle class and a lot of rich kids.
I’d say the breakdown is something like: Rich- 50% Middle- 25% Lower Class- 25%

I am an unpopular kid. Always have been, even in kindergraden-all my other schools, I am constantly worrying about superficial sh*t like the kind of impression I’m putting on others. Muscle size, money, being on the football team or having some sort of “use” like dealing pot or throwing massive parties is what earns you friends here. So many rich f*ckers that don’t think twice about talking to you unless you feed the popularity fire.

I am a junior in high school in the process of talking to schools to potentially play football at. Several of them have asked to send film to their coaches’ office. What should I include in the video? What is a good format for the video, such as stats, plays? Please help.
