i believe you have to go to school and get a degree in sports management and then you will slowly get to that point by working with the college team or pro team, that is if you wanna be a pro scout.

IM going into high school and i want to do what i should to stand out during my four years for high school basketball, i think i have a good start because im going into eighth grade and my coach wants me to practice with freshmen over summer and im 13 years old and 6’3″. Im fast and i have good endurance is what my coach says and that i hustle up and down the court.
any suggestions to make me stick out to a scout for a college that may sit through my game?
